Desolation Among the Stars has gone live

It is official! Desolation Among the Stars is available wherever you buy ebooks. Bringing this story to life has been an experience unlike any other. I have talked a lot about wanting to be a writer, wanting to be an author, and now that I have a book out it feels surreal. Almost like a dream come true, which is a little ironic considering that Desolation deals with people having to let go of dreams that got them through some difficult times.

This started off as a prequel to an idea that I had a long time ago (which I am in the process of writing now) as a way to explain why the world the character grows up in is the way that it is. But the more I wrote, the more it took on a life of its own with characters that I consider friends in a way. However, I am not going to apologize for what I put them through in the story.

Needless to say, this story means a lot to me, and I look forward to seeing it find its way into the lives of the people who need to read it.
